About Us
Living in Liberty is the brainchild of Pamela Harris, a seasoned real estate associate broker & investor with 17 years of experience. She decided to relocate to the Dominican Republic (DR) on her own terms in 2020. Her journey to the island began in December 2006, a time when Punta Cana was still a hidden gem. The moment she set foot on the island, she felt an immediate sense of belonging, recognizing it as her true home.
In 2025, motivational speaker, real estate agent and coach, Eric J. Keese, joined the Living in Liberty team to enhance the event experience. As the owner of Live Gigantic based in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Keese brings decades of real estate event management and business coaching to our explorers.
Together, this duo has meticulously outlined an itinerary that is educational, adventurous, and entertaining for you.

What is the Living in Liberty Tour?
The Living in Liberty Tour is an intimate experience that blends local Dominican culture, resort luxury, and investment opportunities. Our tour focuses on various parts of the island. For the Fall 2025 LIL Tour, you’ll explore Punta Cana and surrounding suburbs while enjoying an all-inclusive accommodations at the Lifestyle Resort.

📅 November 13–16, 2025 (RIU Resort, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic).
What’s included in my package?
-4 days/3 nights at an all-inclusive resort
-Excursions to local hot spots (varies by tour)
-All meals, snacks, beverages, and entertainment at the resort
-Non-motorized water sports and resort amenities
-Taxes and gratuities
What’s not included?
Flights to/from the Dominican Republic
Airport transfers (unless flying into Punta Cana; transfers from SDQ or STI are extra)
Optional lunches, snacks, or drinks at local stops outside the resort
What airport should I fly into?
Punta Cana (PUJ): Transfers included in package.
Santo Domingo (SDQ) or Santiago (STI): Transfers available for an additional fee.
Do I need a passport or visa?
Yes. All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months past the travel date. No visa is required for U.S. citizens, but you must complete the e-ticket immigration form online before arrival and departure: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do
Are there any COVID restrictions?
Currently, there are no COVID testing or vaccination requirements to enter or leave the Dominican Republic.
What should I pack?
-Passport & printed e-ticket form
-Flip-flops or shower shoes
-Sunscreen, sunshades, and a hat
-Small washcloths (often not provided in DR hotels)
-Cash (change into pesos locally, not at the airport)
How can I stay connected while in the DR?
-Put your phone in Wi-Fi mode before entering the country
-Use WhatsApp for free calls and messaging over Wi-Fi
-Check with your carrier for international calling/data rates
How do I secure my spot?
A $500 non-refundable deposit per couple is required to reserve your package. Payments can be made via Zelle or QR code (details provided upon registration).
